Eugenie Arnaud
About the author
My name is Eugenie Arnaud, 45 years of age. I’m living in the Netherlands. Originally from Curacao, an island in the Caribbean. I always loved writing, and I made a dream come true.
Caged Words” is more than a memoir to unveil, it is also about Eugenie’s journey of uncovering previously unrecognised strength. This narrative encapsulates her path to inner healing, fostered through therapy, steadfast Christian faith, and unwavering determination. Eugenie confronts the daunting reality of acknowledging her parents as they truly are, accepting their flaws, and mastering forgiveness and love. Her story acts as a beacon of hope, encouraging men and women of all ages to believe that seeking help is always an option.
Despite the challenging and often lonely road to healing, Eugenie highlights the journey’s invaluable nature. She shares the profound realisation that therapy is not just a means to ease suffering but a deeply personal gift— a step towards shedding past burdens and embracing the destiny God has intended. It’s a quest to discover one’s true purpose, highlighting the crucial roles of self-forgiveness and forgiving others in achieving freedom and healing. Ultimately, “Caged Words” is a testament to the universal ability to overcome adversity, suggesting that the journey to victory is a deeply personal choice. Eugenie’s narrative is not just her own journey but an invitation for readers to begin their healing journeys, promising liberation and purpose. Through sharing her story, Eugenie’s prayer is to inspire readers to unlock their ‘caged words’ and embark on their path to healing and self-discovery.
